PortaGlory wants to be sure that every order is a GREAT experience. ​We want you to love your new toys and stand behind all our products with a ​30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. ​We will do everything we can to quickly resolve any concerns you might have.
  • Because of the nature of our products, there are limits as to what we can do for you.  We can accept returns on products that have not been opened​/used/soiled​and are in original packaging, assuming it has been less than ​30 days since purchase.
  • All ​product ​returns are for replacement or store credit only.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

"CHANGED MY MIND" REFUND POLICY
PortaGlory pays a 3.5% processing fee for every credit card transaction, including purchases AND refunds. If you wake up the next morning and decide that you no longer want the order that you placed the night before, then PortaGlory will issue you a refund of 93% of the purchase price. The remaining 7% will go directly to the credit card processor. Thank you in advance for understanding.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
We are bummed that you have an issue with a defective product.  Email us ​at  ​anon@PortaGlory.club, and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or store credit.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
  • Custom ​/ Made-to-Measure ​PortaGlorys and PortaWoodys are non-refundable - please take your time​, communicate with us ​and measure twice when ordering these items. 
  • Even when selecting which standard PortaGlory size ​(Original, Slim or Magnum) to order, please take your time and measure twice before purchasing. We want you to receive the perfect size, so you can start playing ASAP!
  • We recommend sending your return to us with a carrier that provides tracking to confirm delivery.
  • Please package the goods carefully so they arrive in sellable condition. 
  • Please allow several days after your return arrives for us to process the transaction. Refunds typically appear back on your credit card within a few business days following our processing. Refunds to Store Credit are available immediately after we process the return.
